Zuccherati with Nutella @ Bianco Kitchen
If you look closely, you’ll discover that the Zuccherati from Bianco Kitchen actually come from Pasticceria Papa at Haberfield.

Not that that’s a bad thing. I just thought, you know, calling themselves a ‘kitchen’ that they’d make them themselves. At least they have the good taste to source them from Pasticceria Papa, one of the best makers of Italian sweets in Sydney.

Bianco Kitchen is located in Brighton, but at the Easter Show, they are one of the busiest food stands. Even busier than the Chip-on-a-Stick joints.
I tried the Zuccherati with Nutella. I’m not a big fan of Nutella. I love chocolate, but Nutella is just not my thing.
So, a big Zuccherati filled with loads of Nutella didn’t really suit me.

I didn’t actually finish it. The Nutella was too sickly sweet for me.
The dough was a bit tough and stale, but I did get it at the end of the day, so it was a bit old by the time I had it.
While what I’ve said doesn’t sound very good, I’m sure a Nutella lover, and that means the vast majority of people, would adore this Zuccherati.
I would have preferred the one with vanilla custard.

So why did I get the Nutella one?
It was the end of trading and they gave it to me for free.
I thank Bianco Kitchen.
