There’s a really good cafe in Riverwood, opposite Riverwood Plaza on Belmore Road, called Valentina Rose Cafe. They sell cakes from Pasticceria Papa as well as other sweets, including doughnuts.
Recently, I got myself a Pineapple Doughnut.
It was very good.
It was really fresh, surprisingly so. I just didn’t expect a cafe to sell a doughnut with such delicate softness.
It had a pineapple glazing that was just slightly crispy. Again, it was good, sweet as expected and tasty.
It is always my quest to find a good pineapple doughnut in Sydney. The one at Valentina Rose Cafe in Riverwood was very good.
