Well, here’s one from left field.
To celebrate International Dog Day on 26 August, Krispy Kreme is selling doggie doughnuts.
I didn’t even know there was an International Dog Day. My dog has kept that one secret until now.
You can get a six pack for $14.95.

The treats are made by Queensland company, Huds & Toke, that specialises in doggie treats.
The flavours match the Krispy Kreme flavours:
Original Glazed, Choc Cookie, Choc Sprinkles, Choc Iced, Strawberry Sprinkles and Choc Cheesecake. I guess we’ll just have to take their word for it, because I’m not volunteering to taste-test them.
I think that’s a pretty good concept from Krispy Kreme.
If you get them for your dog, remember, they are treats, not a meal.
