I like finding hidden gems, and this little store tucked away off the main street of Campbelltown is a classic. A tiny shop with friendly service and different Fijian foods. Of course, it was the doughnuts that caught my eye.

They had plenty to choose from, but I went with an Apple Crumble Doughnut.
The top had a white icing that wasn’t too sweet. It was topped with a crumble, a bit like what you’d find on a Golden Gaytime.

Inside was stewed apple. There was a thin layer of custard and some cinnamon as well.
Although they’re called a bakery, I doubt they make the doughnuts there. But I haven’t seen that particular Apple Crumble Doughnut anywhere else.

Definitely worth a try.
