Recently I did my nephew a favour. it wasn’t a huge favour, but he decided that I should be thanked. So he got me a monster box of doughnuts from Dr Dough.
The box had 21 doughnuts. It also had a simple message – ‘Thank You DomNuts’.
Now, that’s the sort of gift I love.
Firstly, it looked amazing. The presentation was excellent.
And each doughnut was beautifully iced and decorated.
But how did they taste?
Very nice.
There were some with sprinkles and others with sparkly glitter. Others had pop-ing candy. The variety was impressive.
The dough was fresh and soft. Each coloured icing was slightly distinctive.
By the way, the letters were edible… well, I think they were because I ate them.
