I don’t know, but I hope that Coles was contributing some proceeds from the sale of their Movember Donuts to the Movember cause – that being men’s health issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s suicide, all of which are terrible curses upon us all. I searched but didn’t find anything to say that Coles were actually doing that. At least they are raising awareness, which is not a bad thing in itself.

The Movember Donuts were shaped like moustaches. Cute.

There was just one problem with the ones I saw in Coles in Oatley. The label says that they were ‘iced donuts’. But they were cinnamon doughnuts. Small detail, but you know, I like to pick up on these things so it makes me look like a super-observant person.

I guess one of the other problems is that they didn’t sell and Coles had to mark the price down. I’m not sure if the Movember people will see much benefit from that bundle of donuts.

It’s important to remember that men’s health issues are serious and every small bit of help is better than none.
