A good friend of mine, Eddie, is a fellow doughnut enthusiast. Wherever he goes, he usually finds some doughnuts to try, and lets me know about them.
Recently, he took a trip to Perth where he visited Providore Doughnuts & Sweets. Just by the name alone, I’d make a beeline for the place too if I went to Perth.

He said the person who served him was probably the owner, and she was friendly and helpful. She mentioned the most popular options were the Tiramisu, Crème Brûlée, Pistachio and Raspberry.
Eddie chose the Tiramisu, which must have been a difficult choice because they all look amazing.
He said the doughnut was light and fluffy and the topping was not overly sweet.
Sounds very nice.
If it was me, I think I would have chosen the Pavlova.
If you’re in Perth and looking for a good doughnut, Providore seems like an excellent option. But you should check their opening times. At the moment, they are open Thursday to Sunday from 1pm to 6pm.
