I really like Mochi Donuts. I love their chewiness and the flavour of the dough.

I recently got one of their OG Donuts. OG stands for Original Glaze, so it’s a fairly plain donut, but it has lots of flavour. Sometimes, I don’t enjoy original glaze or vanilla glaze. But the OG Donut at Mochi is very nice. It has a very slight lemon tang to it.

Being mochi, the dough has a unique chewiness about it, which make it quite different to other donuts.

They’re also shaped a bit differently, looking like a ring of balls.

If you haven’t tried a Mochi Donut, you have to have a go. They have several outlets in Sydney – check their websites as they tend to move around a bit with pop-ups and short leases. Last count, they had 11 in Sydney.
