Heatherbrae’s Pies is a must-stop on any trip north from Sydney. It’s just a little bit north of Newcastle and just near Raymond Terrace in New South Wales.

I got a basic meat pie, which was good although I have to admit I have had better.

I also got a couple of Cinnamon Doughnuts.

Again, good without being outstanding.

There was very little cinnamon in the cinnamon sugar coating.

They were a good size and we’re too oily. The texture was nice, firm and fresh.

They had iced doughnuts as well – strawberry and chocolate.

There is plenty of parking and toilets inside, as well as plenty of seats to enjoy your food.
