If you’re going to VIVID Sydney this year, be sure to go to the Fire Kitchen at Barangaroo. It’s in the area known as the Cutaway. There is some amazing food there.

One of the food stalls at the Fire Kitchen is Berliner Bakery, who are one of my favourite Sydney doughnut makers. They share a stand with the people from Thicc Cookies.

Berliner has created a special doughnut flavour that is only available at the Fire Kitchen. It’s called Azteca Fire.

While I haven’t tried it yet, it has a cacao custard and chilli chocolate filling. Sounds intriguing. If you try it, let me know what you think.
